My power went out and it's back now but my router isn't working right. Wireless works fine but wired connection isn't getting anything. Plus when I unplug all but the power and Ethernet cable Local port #2 led keeps blinking....

Anyone have this problem?
My router is garbage?

So it sounds like the router is still working, but that port #2 is the only thing not working. Depending on your setup and needs, you can get some more mileage out of the router. If you need more ports, attach a switch to one of the LAN ports.

Correct that router is garbage. You can try and resetting the router. Do that with a paper clip in the tiny hole in the back. It resets everything to factory default. You will have to re set it up though. It might work. Otherwise make sure that your cables are plugged it well. It is common for the cables to be plugged in but not quite making contact. Make sure they are snug.

I have reset the router and reconfig it. Port #2 is still blinking (showing activity) even with nothing plugged in. All other ports work fine but when I plug a cable into port number 2 everything loses connection ( no Internet .) I think that ports fried or f*** up....
