Recently my SSD went, uh, bad. Really bad. Anyway, so I went to the store and found a good deal on a 3TB 7200 HDD. My rig is beginning to be a little outdated, so I decided that I would just create a (75gb) partition for my OS and basic programs, and then put the remaining storage space on another partition. The issue is that Windows 7 (unfortunately, once my SSD got shot, so too did my Windows 8 and the product key for it) will only partition 1.99TB at a time.

I "strongly" dislike mess on my computer, and having more partitions then necessary would irk me considerably.

How can I make a partition on the remaining space without splitting it into multiple partitions?
Also, the remaining space is split into two "unallocated" space partitions. How would I merge those? Thanks in advance!
