I just got these two Blue Screens, what do they mean? Thanks.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 00000000`c0000005 usbohci.sys

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 00000000`0000d024 ntoskrnl.exe

Just replaced my RAM to 4gb ddr3 1600mhz, i have a gtx 760 and fx8350 not overclocked. and a asus m5a97 r2.0. with win7.

other blue screens I've had with the same driver. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2219452/blue-s...

This is starting to get really depressing now as it just keeps happening even after I replaced every part in my PC. Any help is very much appreciated, thanks!

Did use Norton and AVG but I uninstalled them and went with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

I've done multiple Memtests and driver verifier tests and it all comes up clean, the whocrashed report said it was probably not related to hardware and as i have replaced everything in my machine apart from win7 itself could that be the thing that I should replace? maybe get my self a new copy?

This is clearly the fault of your nvidia drivers,,the current version is causing problems,,why dont you try to rollback to a previous version? just download the last stable version you had and while installing,,select clean install so it will completely remove your current driver,,,dont uninstall in control panel, post the results then

Might have fixed it, when installing new drivers for 760, Nvidia control panel helps out a lot, it updates drivers with one click. Anyway Win8 is better than I thought it would be! Still not sure if the blue screen issue has gone yet, but haven't had any while playing.
