Hey guys! I'm new here, and signed up just to ask this question.
I have a really bad computer.
(HP Pavilion P2-1334)
SPECS:
CPU: AMD Fusion E1-1200 (Zacate) Dual Core Processor (Soldered down on the motherboard)
Memory: 4 GB DDR3-1600
You may look here for more specs:

My CPU has a maximum of 1.4 GHz in the task manager.
Usage:
It's most of the time on 99% CPU Usage, even when I'm not really doing anything.
My RAM is almost all the time at 60% even when gaming.
Gaming Performance:
On lowest settings I get about 30 at the max FPS in Minecraft. Average of 23 FPS.
Plans:
I might buy this graphics card:
Inno3D nVidia GeForce 8400GS 1GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express x 16 Video graphics Card
Question:
Do you know how much FPS I might get on Minecraft if I buy a graphics card?
Thanks for reading! I hope I get some answers.
(I don't think I can upgrade my CPU because it says on my specs that it's soldered onto my motherboard.)
