  1. It is one of the best HSF you can get for ~$30 assuming it fits on your motherboard with your choice of mounting orientation, DIMMs and case.

I have the previous version...212 PLUS..and have zero complaints.
There are better (and more expensive), but on a cost/performance basis, this is one of the best.
  3. Also, be sure it fits in your case.

Im not 100% sure if it will fit in my case or my motherboard but I have a FM2A75M-HD+ MotherBoard, can you tell me if the CPU cooler will fit into this motherboard?

The motherboard rarely is a problem. The DIMM position is what often ends up problematic - particularly when using tall DIMMs with fancy heat-spreaders.

If you use low-profile DIMMs, the motherboard layout and DIMMs usually are not issues.

If you want fancy DIMMs then there is a possibility the HSF won't clear the DIMMs.
  6. You can also raise the fan up a tad to clear modules or install in a pull configuration with the fan on the other side.

What case do you have? Some, but not all, list the available cooler clearance. Here, you need 159mm.

The DIMMS are very close to the CPU so will this not fit into my board? Sorry im new.

    Options:
    If 2 RAM sticks, use slots 2 & 4 instead of 1 & 3
Slide the fan up a teeny bit to clear
Put the fan on the other side, in pull config
Use low profile RAM (that's what I did)

    http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/105-source-210-case
    "CPU Heatsink Support 160mm"

It will just barely fit, depending on how precise the measurements were.

It says that the CPU cooler is 4.7" x 4.7" and the W of my computer is not the problem, is the DIMM the problem?
Also I have a mirco motherboard so there are only 2 Slots for DIMM.

That cooler is listed at 158.5mm. Leaving you 1.5mm clearance.
    http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-plus/

But...My Antec One case lists cooler clearance at 155mm. The Hyper 212 PLUS at 159mm fits easily.
So, those measurements are not always 'perfect'.

Should I buy the one that you linked, Will it fit good?

Will it? According to the listed measurements of both case and cooler, it should.
If it doesn't, one or the other manufacturer slipped on the dimensions.

Do you have another Suggestion for a Cooler that will fit in my system if all else falls through?
