I want to buy a new processor but I need a new motherboard in the first place. I have AMD computer and the size of my case is 25cm horizontal and 30cm vertical. What is the best motherboard that goes into this range of size? My case is CiT Vantage and my PSU is GS700. Would ASRock 990FX Extreme3 work with it?

Well, the CiT Vantage lists out as a Mid Tower ATX case, and looking at the photos it appears to have a full complement of expansion slot cutouts on the back. That means it would take a full size ATX board such as the 990 Extreme3 without any troubles.
