so recently ive noticed my fans are getting really loud. mostly my graphics card fan. it never used to do this. im aware its summer and my room is alot hotter then usual but even at night when its chillie in my room with the window open and i play a simple game my fans still get loud? normally my pc will beast through world of warcraft almost silently but now it seems to be getting too loud for me to not worry. its not mega loud but louder then it used to be. i only just recently cleaned my pc out with a compressed air can so it cant be a build up of dust.
now, if i set my fan speed to 50% manually my gpu stays at about 45 degrees when not on a game but on a game it goes to like 75 degrees and the fan speed matches it weather its being controlled manually or automatic. i could be playing red alert 2 or battlefield 3 and amd catalyst control centre tells me my gpu is at 70-85 degrees with the fan matching it in speed percentege. not really sure why this is or what to do.
