Good second hand system?

Hello guys, I'm on a tight budget so i want to know, is thit a good second build?

I can get it for 800 EURO.
New it is 1550 dollar ~ 110 euro.

So, i save 300 euro, is it worth ?

The cpu has the ability to overclock, which I would never trust buying used.

You don't know how the last owner treated the components. A few things that are ok to buy used: case, monitor, keyboard, mouse.

Also, I'd never buy hard drives from other people. They're not too expensive, and definitely worth buying new.

The fact that the build comes with all those peripherals is nice though.

What are you trying to do? Game?
You can get a very good gaming pc for 800 Euro's, and not have to buy used.
