Computer won't detect GPU

I just got my gpu from rma because my computer wouldn't detect it so I just got it back and it worked. I installed some updates from windows and restarted the pc but it wouldn't detect the gpu anymore, right now I'm heartbroken that this happened again. Any ideas why it doesn't detect the gpu? Please help!

Didn't work, this is what I did before sending it to rma and it didn't work

Sadly I don't have another computer to try it. I'm going to take my pc to a repair shop because something else is wrong with the pc
