I had a few files transferred to my 8 GB flash drive from my cousin's computer but when I opened my flash drive in my own laptop they won't show and when I open it it only displays "This folder is empty". My properties show that my drive is almost full with about 1GB of space left.

I've activated the option to show all hidden files including system files. To explain this further for those who just might recommend this: I have already gone to Folder options>view>and have clicked show hidden files, folders and drives and un-clicked hide protected operating system files. I have also tried a couple of attrib commands but they all end up stating "File not found *.*". I have also scanned the drive for any virus and it always showed up clean.

What should I do?

You might try this...I think its virus that hides the folders:

start->Run->cmd
attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:\*.*
