So had this thread:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2237704/computer-randomly-bsod.html#13824229

i was reading some on this forumand the pc abruptly powered down again, no crash report

it took me about 10 mins of unplugging power, replugging to get it to start.

it doesn't seem to be a temperature isue, my cpu is ideling on desktop 28 °C now

is this an PSU isue? or is it that my pc isn't grounded?
plz help me cause i have not a single clue why this is happening, i've been dealing with this for the past week and it's super frustrating

i already ran memtest 86 for two hours, i tested prime95 as well as some heaven and furmark benchmarking.

the electrical wire-ing in our home is pretty old so the socket on the wall is not connected with the ground

i am using a pretty new cx750
(my setup is in my signature i should have mentoint that ;) )

I am going to stick with the non-grounded thing here, although the CX series isn't among the best PSU's out there, you could do a lot worse.
Here's where non-grounding really can hurt a PC... the transistors and PWM controllers use a "drain" which dissipates excess voltages into the ground. If the system is not grounded, that "extra" power has nowhere to get drained off to which can result in components possibly getting fried (the PSU itself can get damaged)
I will highly suggest looking into getting at least one outlet grounded for the pc to work from

I have my power supply for about a year now

But why doesn't the pc shutdown while doing intensive task's (like gamng and rendering). it only had it shutting down while web browsing and one time playing minecraft (wich isn't that intesive)

I also used that power supply in an older pc witch originally was an HP pavilion. i did not experience any problems on that one and it has never been grounded and it worked for years.

I will try getting a grounded socket as we are renovating the house as i speak but that's still gonna take between 6 months and a year. Do you think i will be damaging my components in that time?

Is their any way i can test if the grounding issue is the real problem? I mean i've studied electronics for 2 years so i'm not afraid to open my pc and take reading's with a meter.

maybe it helps but i have 2 led strips in my pc (http://www.buyledstrip.com/en/led-strip-blue-per-50cm.html)
witch i soddert myself to a molex connector (the black and yellow one's) respectively to to pole's.

i've had the strips for a week now but my pc was having problem's before i installed those

sorry for the long post's but i'd like to give as much information as i can in the hope you can find it. those shutdonws already caused my quit some work to get lost

I really appreciate you two helping me, i'd be desperate if i had to solve this alone. so stay awesome guys!
