I have a Pavilion p6210y here are my specs:

Windows 7

640GB

6GB RAM

AMD Athlon II 4x (4 core processor)

NVIDIA Geforce 620 2GB

300 PSU

I'm going to buy a GTX 750 for my PC for just medium level gaming not intense gaming like BF4 and stuff. So I Can run rust maybe day z on medium settings and minecraft with shaders. Is this a decent gaming (including the GTX 750)
Thanks!

No change that psu to a 500w. theres some cheap evga 600w for the quality and price cant be beat. Also a r9 270 is around the price of the 750 and still offers the perfomance to play bf4 on ultra so why not get a strong card for the same price.

For your needs that card should be fine. I would not feel good about that HP 300 PSU. You may need to spend a little more and replace your PSU as well. Get a reliable brand that wont crap out. Maybe something like one of these:

Rosewill CAPSTONE-450 450W $59

SeaSonic S12II 430B 430W $59

That GPU is not gonna cut it for most popular games. I would recommend getting at least:
1. AMD R7 260X 2GB GPU or above
