Is the GTX 780 Ti going to work better than a normal 780 with my rig?

So I've bought some of the components that my PC will use but haven't got the GPU, I'm going to get one for birthday and still don't know which one to go with. I'm in between EVGA's 780 Ti and normal 780. My rig is:
CPU: AMD FX 8350
PSU: Silverstone ST75F
MOBO: Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX (2x4) @ 1866 Mhz
SSD: HyperX 3K 120GB
HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Black (7200rpm etc..)
Case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker

Any recommendations for my machine? I'm thinking in where to place fans and how many more :p

work better? you mean performance there is a tiniwineee difference between the ti and no ti but i dont suggest wasting your money on slightly better gpu.
