Is my motherboard compatible with Windows 8.1?

It should be compatible, you will have to download new drivers for it, but most of the time windows does it automatically, make sure you have an internet connection available, or another laptop, so you can download Network Adapter drivers in case windows does not recognize them, but I am pretty sure it will.
