IF a graphics card can be fitted it will be a low profile model . The 7750 is the strongest of those choices .

But the motherboard might not even have a pci-e x16 slot that is needed for adding a graphics card .
The only way to be sure will be to unplug the computer and open the case . The slot should be clearly marked as pci-e x 16 . You can google for images of what that looks like too .
The power supply is another potential issue for you . At 220 watts it is marginal for adding any graphics card .
