Why is the GTX780-DC2OC so cheap?

As far as I can tell, it's a GTX 780, but It's CONSIDERABLY cheaper than any other versions of the 780. I've found it around $250 whereas the normal 780 is more like $450. Anyone know why it's so cheap?

Looking this up with google shopping, it seems that it is a mistake on the shopping links. The actual part that is available for $250 is the GTX 760, not the 780.

If you want to buy a 780 then you're probably going to pay no less than $500 unless you find a special deal.
