i have AMD athlon x2 7750 2.70 ghz processor gpu is outdated nvidia geforce 6150se and ram 4gb and mobo is geforce 6200 m2 or like this i want to upgrade my gpu so that i can run games like assassin creed series upto 3,gta 4,mafia 2 and call of duty black ops 2 on medium to high settings my budget for gpu and mobo is 10 thousand indian rupees

Get a GT 730 or R7 250X but I can't suggest more than that because your CPU will bottleneck the other mid-range cards but in the games you want to play I'm sure you can get 40-60FPS in low settings in 720p

Just get any mobo from trusted brands like ASUS, MSI ASROCK, GIGABYTE or other old brands like REDFOX. Just some tips if you want to play games in mid-high settings replace your PC and invest at least $450 to it.

The GTX 450 is older so you can pair it up with your CPU w/o any bottlenecking issues. I'm not sure into faster HD 7750 if it will bottleneck the CPU because its more newer than the GTX 450 but your setup will be fine for current games and older games
