If you have it as an intake (sucking cool air over the radiator and into the case), you will be fine. Temps look o.k., but what CPU is it?

i would mount it on top and have the front as intakes you need cool air to cool just more than your cpu. air cools your hdd, ssd, gpus, heatsinks everything

Temperature looks o.k. for that CPU, and your setup should be just fine as I said.

49-53 degrees under load is wonderful. Also as nostall mentioned, as long as you have the H100i set up as an intake (and regularly clean the dust out or the radiator) you other internal components will fine, especially at those temps. If your CPU is not overclocked, those temps leave ample room for you to do so.
