I was just browsing today and the monitor just turned off. Then i noticed the power led which turns blue if it's on keeps flashing back on and off and noticed a ticking noise in the power supply for the monitor, which seems to be ticking with the led being on and off! Does this mean i need to replace my monitor or just the power supply?!?!

If you have a warranty of some kind on the monitor then I would get a replacement for it.
