Hi everyone, I have a strange problem with my GPU (not sure GPU or not).

Day before yesterday, while using PC, suddenly screen started blinking with different colors, and after that screen became yellow with horizontal lines from the top to the bottom of the screen and turned back on. Yesterday, same thing happened but it didn't turn back on. I tried to restart the PC but I couldn't. I am not sure about any sound, because I didn't have it. So I turned off the PC by holding power button, and turned i on again. I was able to see BIOS logo, and windows loading screen, then it booted into the system. So I tried to use it for a while, 2 minutes later, same thing happened, at that time my speakers were on, so I could here the windows sound, how my GPU disconnected and reconnected back, after that I couldn't see anything, just black screen. I restarted the PC again, but It couldn't boot into the system, after windows loading logo, screen went dark and I wasn't able to hear any sound. (I think because I do not have any sound while booting).

After that I decided to cool down the PC, I waited for 5-10 min and turned it on again. And same thing happen after 2 minutes of using it. I was able to boot into the Safe Mode though, I uninstalled all the drivers, tried to boot back but still no hope. I even thought that it is because of my new Windows 8.1, so I even installed back my Windows 8, and it wouldn't boot into Windows 8 too (completely clean system).

I am able to use my Intel Integrated Graphics Card without any problem. Help me to understand, please, is it my GPU or PSU? I am sure it is not my LCD screen because I even tried on my another screen.

I use this build for more than 2 years already.
I am not able to check my gpu on another build, so please try to suggest something. :(

Spec:
cpu: i5 3570k (stock speed)
mobo: ASUS (not sure what, if it is necessary I can find out)
ram: 8gb
gpu: ASUS AMD HD 7870 (stock speed)
PSU: 700w Cooler Master.

I just tried to connect another gpu into pc and it boots perfectly fine into the system. After that I insert 2 gpus into pc and left my hd7870 as primary gpu. I booted pc with my another gpu then disconnected it and reconnected back my gpu and suddenly I could see white lines going all over the screen and then it went completely dark. After that I had to reboot pc. I checked the device manager with my second gpu and I could see that windows detects both gpus, even shows the correct name. I'm confused.. Its probably gpu because I even reinstalled the windows.

So I guess it is my gpu?
