So here are my system specs
core i5 2400 3.1Ghz
4gb ram ( upgrading to 6gb or 8gb )
GTX 750 TI OC to 1.2Ghz

So i wanna buy 32 inch LED TV but as specs are not too good to handle 1080p and viewing distance is quite enough.
I would playing from 10 feet atleast and worse could be 8 feet.

So 1366x768 would be pixelated? I think from that distance it would be nice.
I dont wanna waste my money on 1080p and my rig wont handle it.And on a 1080p native decreasing to 720p to make it playble would look worse than playing on 720p native . Right?

Yeah 720p and 1080p are both HD you can't see much of a difference, your rig is like in a console budget so yeah 750 Ti is sweet spot for 720p it also can give you a lift of extra 10-15 FPS. If you can push more of your budget get a 1080p TV for low graphic games like Bioshock Infinite and just adjust the settings to 720p in more graphical games

No either, 720p is default for videos but all monitors are 768p/792p
