Is my PSU dying?

So I started building my rig late 2012-ish, my first custom PC, here are the current parts:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
STORAGE: Corsair Force 120GB; Western Digital Black 500GB
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 6350
POWER SUPPLY: Corsair TX 650w
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4gb (x4)
GRAPHICS CARD: EVGA GeForce 650TI

These are not all the original parts. To begin with I had an older Gigabyte 'gaming' motherboard, and a phenom ii black edition processor. I started getting BSODs randomly, and they grew more and more frequent. So I began replacing components. CPU, Motherboard, I RMA'd and had the graphics card and the drive (which totally failed on me by the way) swapped out for the same models. I ran Memtest overnight and encountered no errors on all four sticks.

Once I got the new board (the most recent swap) I have not had any bluescreens. However, at random my system would lock up, not even under heavy loads. Playing Civilization 5 I've had no issues, but on youtube or such, everything would just stop. Audio, video, couldnt type or move the cursor. It resumed normal operation after a couple of seconds, but still persisted, even after a restart.

A few more things Id like to point out is this is a recent re-install of windows, I just totally reformatted my drive when swapping my motherboard out. I also have tried a lower end video card in my system to make sure it wasnt a bad video driver for that series or putting too much load on my PSU, but It's still doing it. And I have had weird video glitches (still do with this 430 GT) where sometimes, my cursor on screen would just be artifacted for a split second, too fast to screen cap.

So Im at a loss. Im tired of these issues, but also tired of swapping parts out. Is it my PSU I need to replace, or what?
