pc crashes at startup.

This is the problem which I have been facing right from two years. Two years ago, I had started my pc button and immediately there was a continuous beep sound of something like an ambulence or a police car. Then I had to close everything and start again. This time it started. This problem continued, but occassionally Mostly in winter & rainy seasons. Then finally after six months, the pc did not respond at all, after consulting, I came to know that the motherboard had a shot circuit. Later, it was reapired and after a month or two, the problem started again... But I found that it disappears in summer season and starts again in rainy season, & continues till winter. Sometimes, when it crashes, I restart the whole thing, it gives several beeps, then I have to remove the RAM card and fix again, it starts. But sometimes this dosent work at all... It crashes before showing the Intel in blue colour, or sometimes the fans rotate only for a second or two and stop, sometimes the fans keep on rotating, seems that the motherboard has started but nothing seen on the monitor screen.... Mostly when this happens, there is no beep sound given by the motherboard when it usually does at a normal startup(the single beep sound)Please help! My pc; Intel core i5 DH55TC first generation motherboard, 2 GB graphics card, 4gb RAM, in which 2 GB is not yet installed but it is fixed in the motherboard, 500 GB harddisk, OS: both; WIN 7 & WIN. XP. pc used mostly for gaming, anti virus - QUICK HEAL TOTAL SECURITY authentic software.
