I want to connect three of my Routers.
1. Fortinet (No access to this router) DHCP Enabled. ISP provided
1. Netgear WNDR3400 (Primary) used as a web filter using Live parental controls by open DNS.
2. TP Link MR3220 (Secondary)

I want to use the third routers as a router and not switch. so the cable coming out of the netgear should go to the WAN port of TP Link.
I have problem in assigning IP's to third router

1. Netear WAN IP: 192.168.1.0
Internet IP address: - use static IP address
IP address: 192,168.0,144
IP Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP address: 192.168.0.1

LAN TCP/IP setting
IP Addresss: 192.168.1.100
IP Subnet: 255.255.255.0
DHCP Off

what should be the WAN , LAN IP of TP link?
Not able to configure TP link. Please tell me the new TCP/IP settings of PC in case i install the TP link

Now the internet is running fine with these settings:

TCP IP settings on my computer is

IP address: 192.168.1.7
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.100

Solution
The lan address on this router would much more common set to 192.168.2.1. It should then give out ip in the 192.168.2.x network to the pc behind it. You need to make sure you have the DNS set right. The easy way if you have trouble is to just use 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 in the end pc.

You need to go back and check your setting very carefully. I noticed things in your original post like a gateway address of 192.168.0.1 which I assumed was a typo.

The gateway address you use on the lan has nothing to do at all with the wan address you use.

You need to assign a wan address of 192.168.1.x to it with a gate of 192.168.1.100 just like your PC. The LAN addresses can be anything other than 192.168.1.x. Very technically you could use 192.168.0.x which you would think would duplicate the addresses used between your netgear and the fortinet but the nat hides this so there is no duplication. I would pick something other than these 2 just to avoid confusion. You can really can use anything you want including actually internet routable ip. As long as it is does not match the wan subnet it will work. Of course if you used say the ip blocks tomshardware does for you lan ips you would no longer be able to reach the site. Everything else would work fine and you would cause no harm to anyone but your machines would never send the traffic out to the internet because they think it is on the lan.

I put WAN addess of 192.168.1.77 and Gate 192.168.1.100 and LAN IP 192.168.0.77 and also checked with 192.168.2.77. TCP/IP settings of Computer is IP : 192.168.1.7 and Gateway 192.168.1.100. But it is not getting connected to the network. Unidentified network
