I am a new PC builder. I bought the following computer parts from newegg.com.
1. MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB
2. AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz
3. MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
4. G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
5. Rosewill Stallion Series RD600 600W
6. ZALMAN Z11 Plus HF1 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

After building the desktop, I connected the desktop to my ASUS 278EQ LCD via DVI, but the screen didn't get any signals. I double checked my connections, and followed the instruction http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems.
I found that I forgot to plug in the 4/8-pin CPU power connector located near the CPU socket. However, there is still no beeps, no POST on my PC when I power it on. I have tried to remove all of the memory sticks. No beeps, no POST, either.

Does it mean that I have to contact newegg.com to replace the motherboard?
