Yes, that GPU will work fine in that mobo and with that smps.. Atleast 6 GB is needed for smoother game play.. Recommended memory is 8 GB..

I cannot quite see your entire title, but I will try my best to convey what I see. The R9 270X Boost OC with 4GB DDR5 will outperform the R9 270X Boost OC with 2GB DDR5. Why? Because it has more dedicated VRAM and bandwidth. Simple as that.
 
The only difference is that the Toxic version performs better than the other since it was overclocked to 1100 GPU Clock whereas the other version was overclocked to 1020 MHz (both were overclocked from stock frequency of 925 MHz).. Also, 4 GB of video memory is necessary when going over 1440p or 1200p resolution..
 


Both have same bandwidth of 256-bit..
