Can you please elaborate the differences to the first build if it's not too much for me to ask.

the difference between my build and nuckles build is that his uses an APU, and mine has its own dedicated graphics card. mine will give you significantly more performance in games, and is highly overclockable.

My build and yours can you compare? and also can you tell me what is wrong with my build so i know how to pick next time? and sorry for this but my friend(i'm building with him) said we can only go up to 420(we're students, we're broke lol). Can you do some adjustments?

well, your build had an old graphics card, and everything else was ok, but not great. if you need to save money on the build i did, you can drop down to an H97 mobo, drop the cpu cooler, and the optical drive if you dont need it. all those will not hinder performance, but you will not be able to overclock.

No, corsair VS series are not recommended. The CX series are better when compared to the Vs series in terms of longibilty and durability.
