I want to get a new mother board and a new CPU so I want to buy a new cooling fan with it. My motherboard would be ASRock 990FX Extreme3 and my CPU AMD FX-8350. Could you suggest any good cooling fans that work with these two and keeping the budget pretty low as I don't want to spend more than £50.

That's the best choice within your price range. If you can spend any more I'd recommend the Noctua D14, or D15 if your motherboard can support it.
