I am buying some new components and want to know do they work good together and is it good parts

Hi i know i asked alot but here it go`s.I am buyning the cpu,gpu,powersupply and ram and motherboard.here are the parts i want to buy can you tell me if it is good or where i need to make changes.

Here are two motherboards:

ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0, AM3+, AMD 970 Chipset, ATX

ASUS M5A97 R2.0, AM3+, AMD 970 Chipset, ATX

cpu i am going to get the AMD fx 6300

GPU is two opitions

PowerColor AXR9 270X 2GBD5-TDHE/OC

MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 2GB, DDR5, PCI-Express 3.0

Powersupply is

Cooler Master Elite V2, 500w

and ram is 8gigs.

Solution
The CM cheaper series like thunder are not that recommended and you would get the same from more branded manufacturers 'corsair'/seasonic.

quick question the r9270x is a powercolor card are they any good and i can buy the msi r9270 would that be good to run games like watch dogs cause i gotten a qoute from a company that wasnt very expensive but they gave me the msi gtx 750 ti oc edition gaming gpu.so what would you choice cause the difference is only few rand but enough to tip my bugdet

The R9 270 is faster than the 750Ti and the 270x is a tad faster than the 270.
If you like the watch dogs deal with the 750ti,then go for it but if u want raw gaming performance and a powerful card,then go for the 270/270x.
