It is an Asus VN248H-P 23.8 LED and IPS monitor for only $170. It says it is IPS but i thought all IPS monitors were well over $200. It has a 5ms response time and i do not know if that is ok for gaming or not. SO fat it is the best bang for my buck. Is this a good one or is there better out there under $170?
