Need Suggestions for mid-range CPU and motherboard

Hi Guys! I need some help buying a mid range processor and a Motherboard (only).My budget is not that good so need some suggestions.
I have a 500watt PSU and a nVidia GTX 650 and a PC case :D (PLEASE NO SUGGESTIONS ABOUT GPU )
The thing is my budget is 140-150 $ and i need a Nice cpu and a comptiable motherboard.

This one is an excellent choice as well. The Athlon outperforms the Pentium that I picked and both can be overclocked a lot. The ASUS board that I picked is better quality than the Gigabyte though. It comes down to preference at this point.

Well thanks! :) and btw tell me PSU upgrade is necessory? i have 500 watt PSU.

500W should be sufficient to run either set up that you chose with the GPU that you have. I would only upgrade the PSU if it is a low quality one.What brand/model is your PSU?
