I am having this problem recently... I installed a new PCI-e Graphics card - AMD Radeon HD 7730 but the problem is when I shutdown the windows, the CPU and Chassis Fan is still running and also the lights. What seems to be the problem here... Please Help. I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advanced!
