seagate expansion 1TB no longer detected by computer

I was watching a movie from my external hard disk when suddenly the screen freeze..and when i try to reconnect the hd it won't turn on, not even the light and the buzzing sound
But when check, it show up in the device manager and safely remove hardware option but not recognizable in the disk management nor my computer
Can anyone please help me with this?

Test the hard drive first to check for drive failure.

For WD brand external drive, test with this: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=304&sid=3&lang=en
(ignore the picture of the drive if not same as your model, it doesn't matter).

For Seagate or any other brand external drive, use this: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-win-master/

I really appreciate your willingness to help me, but I already installed the seatool, but even seatool won't recognise my drive so how can i test it?
