This to my mind is more upgradable in the future as you can swap out when you have some money for an i5 CPU.

FM2+ has now only APUs in sight which I don't consider upgrade if you go dedicated GPU. Regards to performance CPUs AMD I think is lagging - they have only FX series CPUs which are good price/performance (AM socket) but i don't think they are updating that line anytime soon.
