DayZ Standalone performance optimization

Alright. So I have an Acer One 753, which packs a punch with it's 1.2ghZ Celeron, 4gb of DDR3 RAM and a 1.7gb Intel HD Graphics intergrated card.

I currently run DayZ at a rather choppy 10fps. Has anybody got any ideas as to how I could get at least a stable 15-20fps?

These are the minimum system requirements you don't reach them the only way to increase your frames is to buy a new PC with a dedicated Graphics card


Minimum:

I already do have a better computer :p I was just looking for some portability.
Lugging this Intel Core i7 4770K 4.6ghZ OC
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb 2000mhZ
2x3gb EVGA GTX 780 Ti Classified Edition
AMD FirePro W9100 16gb Workstation Graphics (3D Design)

around would break my back, as you can imagine
