AMD FX 8120 Full Load

Solution
ah, the low power features are probably disabled now. it is not at full load, but it is running at 4.0 at idle now, not a problem, nothing to worry about :)

Well it all started last night, when I replaced my stock cooler with a noctua nh-d14.
The stock cooler was hard to remove,so i heated it with a hair dryer and it almost broke off the cpu, thank god i didnt break anything.
Now I overcloked it trough bios, just changed the multiplier and a little bit of the voltage and this is happening,so can anybody tell me why,and how do I fix it?

Yes,I disabled everything,so its nothing?
The temps are much more than okay for 100% load,so I got scared,it never happened before, even task manager says 100% load.
Off topic, how should I overclock it to 4.5, I did it a while ago but it wasnt stable at all,all I did was raise the multiplier an the voltage to 1.45 I think.

Well to be honest I really do,4.5 is my max needed, but Im really scared of doing it because im not an experienced overclocker. I would be greatfull if u directet me to a helping video or something similiar,or even if you can give me a few tips.
Thanks in advance
