Skyrim crashes for unknown reason.

I have Skyrim Legendary editon and my game keeps crashing in two fashions.

1.Skyrim freezes and after about 3 seconds a white screen apears can use ctrl+alt+delete to exit.Afer getting to destop an error message appears with the message "display driver stopped responding and has recovered"

2.Skyrim freezes and a looped noise apears have to manual restart.

I have been able to fix this by downclocking my GPU from the default 800 MHz to 750 MHz.. But after some time the same thing started happening.Then i downclocked it from 750 MHz to 700 MHz. And again it worked for about 12 hours of gameplay and now it started again.And the crashes keep geting more frequent.

All my drivers are updated.And i have no crashes in other games.I run skyrim on the highest settings (except skadows on medium and only using FXAA) with all amidian book of silence and 2K texture mods with Climates of tamriel And FXAA post project injector.I tried disabling all mods but the crashes still persist.

I see one of three possible causes.

1. The driver for your HD 6670 needs to be updated. I know you've done this already, but make sure you use the AMD driver rather than the one offered by XFX.
2. The GPU is overheating, which is causing it to throttle so the game will eventually crash. Given that you created a temporary fix by downclocking the GPU, overheating would make sense.
3. Your CPU is overheating, which creates the same problem as the GPU.

When you installed the texture mods, did you just copy and paste the files, or did you have to run an installer? If you ran an installer, it may have modified other files outside of the game directory.

Here's what I would suggest.

1. Install the latest AMD driver for your GPU.
2. Run the game as-is, so no texture mods, and check your CPU usage in Task Manager. Do the same with the texture mods enabled.
3. Download HWMonitor and check the CPU and GPU temperature whilst in-game.

If you let us know the result of those checks, it will narrow down the problem.

I dont think CPU overheat is the problem since the problem can be temporarily fixed by downclocking GPU.
And dont think Gpu overheat is the problem eather since i have the crash after playing Skyrim in the morning with a fresh and cool PC.

If I'm reading the results correctly, your CPU and GPU temperatures are fine. I presume that the results were taken whilst the game was running?

Overheating doesn't seem to be the problem so I'd look at updating your GPU driver, particularly considering the first problem you described. Use the ones from the AMD website rather than anything offered by XFX.

I am using the driver from AMD i even tried using the driver that comes with the graphicks card. I have just tried a full reinstall but even with no mods or DLCs the game still crashed. And yes the results were taken when the game was running and i stoped when it crashed (white screen).
