I'm thinking of upgrading my system to a smaller form factor, I have an i7 2600k oc'd at 4.5Ghz and I don't think that moving to a Haswell series is justifiable. I just need to upgrade my motherboard from ATX to mini ITX.
Here's my question:[strike]I know the socket's the same[/strike], but will I have any sort of problem if I use my CPU when I upgrade to a Z97 motherboard?
Edit: sockets for my cpu and z97 motherboards are not the same.
