hi, my PC configuration:
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard,
AMD FX6300 CPU,
4GB 1600MHz DDR3 TRANSCEND RAM,
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB, SATA 6.0 Gbps,
ASUS R7 240 2GB GRAPHICS CARD
LOCAL PSU 500W,

my pc run very slow, im using win7 ultimate 64bit, plz give me suggestions how to go better performance.

huh, odd, it should be just fine when opening things. if they are graphically intense, the gpu is to blame.

AMD CPUs tend to like RAM a lot in my experience. I think upgrading your RAM from 4GB to 8 will definitely help, since my friend used to have a similar issue. Also try downloading CCleaner and clean up your PC more frequently.

more ram wont help unless you are already using all 4gb. open up task manager by pressing ctrl+shift+esc, go to performance, and open an application. does the ram usage go up to 100%?

Check for viruses and malware. Update windows and BIOS. Use ccleaner to clean the registry .

Check temperatures and run HDTune to see what speed your HDD is running.
