And do i have to uninstall the old version in safe mode like in this link? - http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-remove-your-am..., and do i chose safe mode with network or without? (installing and uninstalling). And does the antivirus shutting off will matter in installation process?

no need to close anti virus program, in safe mode third party apps are not up as far as i remember. whatever you go on safe mode it's same.

Would be good to send to repair center or try some other things like check your hdd, memory for bad sectors. to check your hdd use official hdd test from your manufacturer.

you can take a look here: http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/3004... or try to repair your windows with installation CD or bootable USB. it might be corrupted and that's why it throw errors or blue screen of death.
