If I add the PNY Geforce GTX 770 4gb video card to the empty slot, will I have to upgrade my power supply or anything else like fans? If so, what should I upgrade to?

Most likely yes, you will need to upgrade your PSU as you will be adding an extra graphics card.

I highly recommend a 850W PSU mate.

The power supply exceeds the requirements for that card. So are you planning on running two 770s?

Wait what? You have a 770 2gb now and want to add a 4gb 770 for SLI? Sorry mate, that won't work very well. I guess it might work, but you will never use the full 4GB of the 4GB version, because SLI basically mirrors. So if one has 2GB, there's nothing to mirror above that 2GB of VRAM

Yes it depends on the brand of the psu

oh you want to sli? you cannot sli a 2gb and a 4gb version, it will not work, and you would need a new psu even if it did work.

Sorry for the late reply.
Yes I am now planning to get a 2gb 770.
Does this mean I still have to get a new power supply?

There are a lot of PSU calculators available on the web. The one at Newegg recommends 860W for your intended configuration. While you might be able to skate by with a smaller PSU. The one included with this system is probably a cheaply built OEM model that I would not personally push above 80% of its recommended load.
