XFX tend to have very good warranties,
MSI have good cooling, and sapphire and Asus have all round good quality.
Generally, of course.
It doesn't really matter which one you pick as they're all very good cards.

As everyone said they are all good.
I'd go with the cheapest. They will all perform almost exactly the same anyways.

If you don't plan on overclocking, and none of them are factory overclocked, go with the cheapest or quietest, depending on your priorities.

I can vouch for Sapphire, out of 3 MSI and 3 Sapphire cards I owned through these years, I had 2 MSI cards die on me (Nvidia ones - 8800GTS and 280GTX, no overclocking mind you!) and all the Sapphire ones working flawlessly until a next upgrade.(Radeon 9500 PRO, Radeon HD 6990 <3 and current one).

Others no idea, Asus has a good reputation there.

dude.. honestly it doesn't matter.. they are all great brands.. just pick the card that offers the best customer service in your area.. also try to negotiate on the price.. what is the processor you are taking from AMD..?

Gigabyte GA-979A-DS3 has a better chipset, and was designed for the fx CPUs. The fx was an add-on for the 760 chipsets. LE may as well stand for 'lite edition' and doesn't usually do well with OC. The fx takes to OC like a duck to water, so I do hope you'll explore its potential.

Sapphire usually comes in 3rd place in benchmarks, topped by Gigabyte, powercolor, zotac, but those cards are usually louder, an expense of higher performance. MSI , Evga and Sapphire usually trade blows, and Asus generally brings up the rear. These cards also tend to be the quietest and best cooled, the price of lesser performance. That said, the difference in performance between first and last is very small and most people could never tell the difference between 50 and 55 frames in a game, only a benchmark or fps counter in identical PCs would.

Evga has the absolute best service and support, followed by XFX and sapphire, and make great cards. Asus makes a quiet, quality performer as does MSI. Zotac, powercolor, Gigabyte make the best performers.

Generally.

In this case I will go with any of the mobo as I am not going to OC in future and Sapphire or Asus r7 260x for My AMD FX 6300.

Oh, definitely get the R7 265, especially if it's cheaper, it's actually a level higher than the R7 260x and is much better! It's in between the 260x and the 270 in terms of performance.
For the CPU, get the FX 6300 as it's only a tiny bit more expensive yet has 6 cores rather than 4.

where are you from??

Get the FX 6300.. It will serve you for a good 4 years at least for gaming.. I use a 5 year old 965 BE.. still rocks at games..

Now for the motherboard : Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard

& Graphics card : GTX 660 OR R7 270

Use the below chart for a comparison and pick the one that costs the least to you..

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...

RAM : Go for a 1333 mhz... the cheapest one you can find.. I use a transcend and it just rocks and stops at nothing thrown at it.. the higher the mhz, it won't give anything more than ~5% improvement or about 1 or 2 fps.. doesn't matter.. 8 Gig will be perfectly the sweetest spot.. upto 8GB, you will get performance improvements and beyond that, it's not worth it.. atleast now..

PSU : Go for a quality one like Corsair/Seasonic 500 watts 80+ rating.. or other brands but make sure it's a known brand and it's got a 80+ rating.. and you got atleast a 500 watts of power.. and you will be just good to go.. :)

in case you feel like the AMD stock CPU cooler is crappy (it is.. trust me..) get a good thermal paste (CoolerMaster essential e2 or arctic silver 5) slap it on the CPU and get a good cooler like CM 212 / hyper/ evo... and a case with a decent airflow..

decent airflow = front fans for intake, rear and up fans for exhaust.. if possible side and bottom for added cooling..

Buying aftermarket thermal paste really isn't needed as most aftermarket coolers include decent enough TP anyway.

The cm elite 431 case will fit a cm Hyper212, if just barely, so that would be my choice as I would definitely upgrade the CPU cooler. The fx 6300 is imho the best of the fx line versatility wise, and will OC like a champ. This will help out in many games, especially the heavier CPU oriented ones like Skyrim, MMO's, BF4 multiplayer etc.

My honest opinion would be to hold off the GPU for a two more months.. maybe feels long but it will be worth it as nvidia is launching new 800 series and maybe you will pick one of that or the prices of current GPUs will fall!!

Just my 2 cents..

and your build is just nice.. I am currently using a CM Elite 431 +.. it's a good cabinet.. nothing fancy.. take a look around and pick the one you feel is nice.. CM makes good cases.. suggest you take a look at NZXT if it's within your budget.. I'll be getting a new one this weekend.. :)
