Motherboard CD Driver Question

Hello,

I have the ASUS m5a97 r2.0 motherboard.

So I realized that I never installed the drivers that came with the motherboard CD, however, I remember that I installed the audio and lan drivers from the asus website.

Now, I want to install everything from the mobo CD but would this require me uninstalling the lan/audio drivers that I installed from the website or will the cd overwrite them with what I assume are older versions? The reason I'm installing from CD is because I want to have everything installed from the cd and I don't care really if its old versions as long I have everything I need from the CD.

If I need to uninstall the audio/lan drivers that I got from ASUS website, how would I do that? In add/remove programs I see realtek hd audio and then the ethernet adapter which I assume is the audio/lan drivers. Can I just uninstall from there or should I just put in the mobo cd and not even bother?

Thanks.

The thing is, I did not install all from the website since some are not available with my windows 8.1. And when I tried downloading chipset drivers from the site, I got a catalyst manager with some other weird files, I just wan't to install everything from CD and let it be since I don't wanna mess anything up. Should I uninstall the audio/lan drivers first?
