So i oc'ed it to 3,4GHz stable (tested with prime95).My temp on 100% load is 75C should i be worried because it says that for this cpu Tcase max is 64,5C?

This temp isn't dangerous, its more like "unhealthy". A skilled pc user would immediately flag this as unacceptable!

Yes, either better fan or downclock. Some cleaning wouldn't hurt too.

It is cleaned,but it is very hot in my room in the best case it's around 35C so i downclock'ed it to 3ghz and now it runs max 60.

Did you also lower the volts back to its appropriate settings?
If you ever decide to OC again, just upgrade your cooling.

yes i lower'ed them and bring it on the desk from the floor and now its 55C on 100% load.
