Hello. For the sake of reliability, which is a better r9 290x, the gigabyte Windforce OC version or the Asus directcu ii version? Both fit my color scheme and my budget, but I've heard problems that the Asus version is simply a 780 Asus cooler slapped onto the 290x and doesn't make proper contact and also that the gigabyte Windforce has had a lot of functionality problems in general. Also should be noted that the Windforce is cheaper as well. Any help please?

I'd go with the Windforce. From what I've heard, the DirectCU II cooler isn't sufficient for the R9 290X.
