I OC my CPU and checked OCCT.i got some graphs.Can u tel me wht this means?

So i OC my FX4100 blackedition CPU to 4.0 GHZ...for some reason when i check CPUZ it says my stock clock is 3.7GHZ and in OCCT the current clock says 3.7ghz and original clock is also 3.7ghz but when i go to my computer it says 4.0GHZ.Why is tht??Did i do something wrong

I use speccy to record.Suprisingly the CPU temp stays between 50-56 degrees celcius which is normal and the motherboard temp has risen a little.When playing NFS Rivals at highest settings,the mobo temp goes upto 64-69 degrees

Oh hey i got a problem.i tried battlefield 4 at ultra.I played for 10mins and then the PC restarted itself....is it cause becaues i OC the processor??This never happend before i OCed
