EVGA 600B or Seasonic S12II 620? Budget build

I searched for these particular two psu's but didn't find any threads comparing them. I will be powering an old gtx 560 which i might replace in a year or so, and an fx 8320. I'm obviously on a budget (college is about to start) so I want to get the best quality possible. The EVGA 600B has excellent reviews on newegg, but I keep reading on tomshardware that Seasonic is superior. So, which one is it?

If you have another PSU to suggest, I'd appreciate that as well. Budget: $40-80. Thanks.

Puerto Rico. They tend to force 2-day or next-day shipping, but at newegg it's usually just 15-25 bucks. I was looking at the Seasonic s12ii and it seems to only have one 6pin? Don't I need 2 of those for my vc? I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to PSU's.
