Thank you very much for going through this as im really worried if i buy all these it wont work.

Oh and by the way ive given you 2 options for the motherboards as I'm not sure which one is really the best for my money. And i want to build an AMD based pc please as they're a bit cheaper.

Here we go again. You are NOT going to be able to game with 5760x1080 resolution with that GPU. I could not game on that high of a resolution with one 270x. You can get a better CPU from AMD. The Athlon 760k is a modern 4 core cpu from AMD.

Even with two 270x and a FX-8350 4.5ghz, I still have to disable anti-aliasing to get decent frames (i.e. above 60) with the tri-monitor setup in BF3. Until I get my two 290x (or 390x or 490x depending on the year I get them), I don't even bother gaming on the tri-monitor. And my system is FAR more powerful than that current setup.

it depends on the game he runs, and the settings. many older games will run fine on that, but, newer games wont work well.

I got a third monitor for both gaming and work. I do not know many older games that will even support the resolution. The Witcher 2 came out in 2011 and it only supported two monitors. When I increased the resolution for all three, it would not load.

To the OP, that is a mid range setup that rivals the new consoles. You are NOT going to game on three monitors. Your best bet is to get a better CPU (you can stick with AMD) and GPU and one monitor. Then, upgrade to two and three monitors later on. I initially had two monitors for almost a year before I got my third.

or get 3 monitors, but only game on one.

Unless he multi-tasks for work, the two monitors is a waste. He needs a good system first, then get the monitors. Like I stated, not many older games will even support that high of a resolution.

or you could game on 1, monitor temps/usages on another, and have a guide, map, or video on the third.

He sure could. However, he asked for gaming advice on his build. I let him know from personal experience that his setup as is will not suffice. Please provide something meaningful to the OP regarding his situation please.

what i stated was very relevant, and was giving him ideas for what he could do on 3 monitors. Please be polite, and not shoot other people down you feel arent as helpful as you.

"And even if they do work together would they work in a triple monitor gaming setup?"

This was the question posed by the OP. I did not "shoot you down". I simply reminded you of the topic of the thread.

well, technically, yes, they would work in a triple monitor setup. ive been on topic the whole time.

Important to the OP, that system WILL NOT work in a tri-monitor GAMING setup. You can use 3 desktops easy. However, your CPU and more importantly your GPU simply does not have the power or resources to produce at that resolution in a playable frame rate while gaming. The game and even the entire system will either freeze or lock up or the game may not even load.

Older games do not even support the 5760x1080 resolution. Newer games require a high end system for high end performance. And gaming on three monitors is high end performance.

on newer games, it will work on all 3 monitors, but with terrible framerates, so i would either get 1 monitor, or get 2-3 and only game on one.
