My cousin came to stay with us but he keeps playing on the internet while i just have to sit...is there a way i can freeze the internet connection of the pc from my mobile ?

If you control the router there are likely a number of ways to do it. You need to read the manual for the router and see what options you have.

If you do not control the router then you are out of luck.

No, you cannot remotely "freeze" your connection with your mobile device unless you have admin credentials. I'm not sure if you can even access the router from a cell phone even with the routers address.
