Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

Hi I want to update my Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 to its latestBios,but i currently have a very old (v0601 and the latest is v2501).

Updating Bios. Not sure if I can go to the latest one.

Solution

You can always use the latest BIOS. Each is an improvement/fix over the last. Just like drivers.
